Want to quickly and efficiently give your patients some extra information about their specific appointment type the day before their appointment? Holly can do it for you! All you need to do is draft the text message you’d like her to send, per appt. Type.
Just follow these 3 quick steps and Holly is ready to go:
- Click on your Account page.
- Scroll down to “Other messages” section.
3. Select the type of your appointment and write the new-extra message.
Important: Holly also manages a “Generic” extra message - This means that Holly will send this text to ALL your conversations (no matter if the event has an appointment type or not). I.e. This message can be used when there are vacations/specials/warnings/directions...etc. This is optional.
