When your patient reschedules an appointment, Holly will add it automatically to your calendar/EHR calendar. Holly can also offer a calendar invitation to the patients upon appointment confirmation, allowing them to add the new appointment to their personal, cell phone calendar.
Just follow these two steps and Holly will be set up!
1. Go to your Preferences page.
2. Scroll down to your "Notification" section.
3. Turn "Send event notification" ON.
That's it! The next time a patient confirms o reschedules an appointment, Holly will send them a link with which they can add the appointment into their own calendar.
IMPORTANT: Note that the link will ONLY work for 1 hour after been received by the patient.
