A Cancellation Policy is a protocol that many clinics work with. Holly adheres to your office’s unique policy. When a patient wants to cancel or reschedule an appointment that is already within your Cancellation Policy time (i.e. 24 or 48 hours before…), Holly won’t offer a time or ability to reschedule. She will send a text notifying the patient that they are outside the terms of your cancellation policy and prompt them to call the office as soon as possible to cancel directly.
Just follow these two quick steps and Holly is ready to handle all your appointments with respect to your Cancellation policy:
- Go to your Preferences page.
- Go to the "Cut-off" preference and select one of the options.
That's all! Holly will confirm all your appointments taking into account the Cancellation Policy time just set.
