Acuity does not have a simple way of marking an attendee/patient as "Confirmed". Fortunately, it can still be done in Acuity via an intake form.
Once you create an intake form (as shown below) you can mark the attendee as confirmed in the intake form and Holly will not take that appointment.
Here are these few steps so you can configure your Acuity calendar this way:
1. Login into your Acuity Account.
2. Go to your "Business Settings" and click on "Intake Forms Questions".
2. Create a form called with the name nimblr-v1 with a single dropdown field called "responseStatus" and four options:
Note: You can mark is a “internal" so that nobody else will see it.
3. Associate the form with appointment types.
Make sure to associate the form with appointment types you want to use it with on the same screen above (right below the internal check box).
