When Holly encounters a situation that prevents her from contacting a patient you'll see this icon next to the appointment summary:
If you see this icon, open the appointment. In the description of the event, you will find the cause of the warning:
Here is a list of the most common error messages and how to fix them. After you take the steps to fix the problem you must:
- Delete the appointment with the warning
- Add the appointment again to the calendar

|Cannot find a contact||Be sure to add your patient as an invitee to the appointment using a contact card or the summary. Check out how to here.|
|Contact has no mobile number||
Add a mobile phone to the summary or to the patient's contact card.
|Too many contacts for the same number||Check your contact list for entries with the same mobile phone number. You must eliminate any duplicates, because if Holly finds two people with the same number, she doesn't know which one she must contact.|
|The contact's mobile number is not valid||Add a valid mobile phone number to the patient's contact card or to the appointment's summary.
Be sure to use the correct format (country code + area code + mobile number).
