As Holly works to confirm your appointments, she will annotate the status of the event with an icon (emoji) next to the appointment summary.
Depending on your device, you’ll see these icons for each status:

Holly is contacting the patient.
You'll see this icon in accordance with the Lead Time set in your Preferences; i.e. if your Lead Time is 24 hours, you'll see this icon appear 24 hours before the appointment
|Confirmed||The patient has confirmed his/her appointment.|
|Rescheduled||The patient changed the date of the appointment.We recommend reviewing the conversation transcript.|
|Cancelled||The patient won't attend the appointment and didn't want to reschedule. We recommend reviewing the conversation transcript to see the reason why.|
|New||Holly created a new appointment for a patient.|
There is a problem preventing Holly from doing her work.
Holly did not understand what the user said. You must review the conversation transcript to determine the intent of the user's answer.
Holly is waiting for the patient to finish an open conversation before sending the reminder for another appointment.
This icon will be common for pediatrician / dentists practices, where siblings appointments are confirmed using the same phone number of one of the parents.
The appointment has been marked as a no-show.
